That recurring option isn't a rung above: NewSelf renders cents as superscript, so the card reads “$16999/mo” and its monthly figures never carry a decimal point. Tirzepatide has the same shape: one price at every dose, twelve months pre-selected at $1,379.88 due today, and nothing that buys one month. The same chooser also prices Mounjaro at $1,899.97 and Ozempic at $1,495.97 with no term or cycle, and picking either brings up an out-of-stock notice instead of a plan, so neither is on this ladder. The recurring tirzepatide card reads “$24499/mo”, with no decimal written, and stays off the ladder for the same reason.
