Billing, canceling and refunds

A clinician's finding of ineligibility returns what's left of the term after subtracting consultations and reviews already done.
Cancellation must reach NextMeds at least 72 hours before the next billing date and stops future billing only.
Nothing from a multi-month bundle comes back, used or not.
