Nirwana publishes no dose table and doesn't price by dose. The plan picker shows one figure per plan length for the weekly injection, and the price table lower on the page labels the $149 an “Introductory rate” without saying what follows it. The weight-loss hub's “GET STARTED FROM ONLY $99” is the six-month rate.

Two prices on its own pages

Nirwana Health prints two prices for compounded tirzepatide: $229 the “Monthly Subscription” card in the plan picker for the injection and $199 the tirzepatide tile on the home page, the “SUMMER SALE” banner (“Tirzepatide from $199/mo”) and the “INJECTION · 1 MONTH” row of the page's own price table. We rank it on $229 because it's the monthly-subscription figure on the plan picker that leads into the intake; the $199 rows sit in a summary table labeled “Introductory rate”, and that table also contradicts the picker's three-month price.

No per-dose pricing. The plan picker and the price table on the same page disagree for the injection: the picker says $229 on the monthly subscription and $199 a month on the quarterly one, while the table says “INJECTION · 1 MONTH $199/mo Introductory rate” and “INJECTION · 3 MONTH $166/mo $499 billed every 3 months”. The ladder follows the picker. The compounded tirzepatide tablet Nirwana also sells is recorded in the notes, since no category here fits it.
