Medication only, and a starting figure: Noom says “as low as $299/mo” and “starting at $299 per month,” and doesn't print what higher vial doses cost. The drug is filled by LillyDirect, not by Noom, and the Noom Med membership ($39, then $129 a month) is billed on top, so a month costs $428 after the $39 opening month (our addition). Mounjaro carries no Noom price; its page offers only a market range of $1,000 to $1,200 a month without insurance.

The Wegovy and Ozempic pages sell the same $39-then-$129 membership and say “The cost of medication is not included in the Noom Med subscription.” The only drug figures on them are market ranges without insurance ($1,200 to $1,350 for Wegovy, $900 to $1,000 for Ozempic), which aren't offers Noom makes.

Noom's prevention program for adults at a BMI of 21 or higher, with at-home biomarker kits every four months. Neither the cost page nor the program page names the molecule; both say only “microdose GLP-1.” The $149 is charged monthly, but you're signing up for four months.

Fees on top of the medication

Membership. Required for brand semaglutide and brand tirzepatide: $129 a month. Required for the brand-drug path, which Noom calls Telehealth for Branded Medications: “$39 to get started, then $129/month for ongoing care.” and “The cost of medication is not included in the Noom Med subscription.” The compounded programs include medication and care in one subscription and carry no separate membership. Noom's current pages price the membership per month and never state how often it's charged; the terms say the billing period is “indicated at the time of sign-up,” and an older Noom Med post still linked from the home page describes a three-month upfront bill.
Consultation. No separate consultation fee is disclosed.

Billing, canceling and refunds

Noom's terms make fees non-refundable “except as expressly promoted by Noom,” and there's no refund or credit for a partly used billing period.
Plans renew on their own at the end of each billing period; to stop the next charge you cancel in your account by 11:59 p.m. Eastern the day before the billing date, and you keep access until the paid period ends.
The compounded programs renew every 12 weeks, at $537 to $897 a cycle, even though their pages say “Cancel anytime.”
California residents can rescind within three business days by written notice to Noom's legal department in Princeton, and the Proactive Health page promises a refund to anyone found ineligible for medication.
