The last two columns are our arithmetic, not Nova MD's: the plan's charge against the same number of months bought one at a time at Nova MD's month-to-month price. A prepay only saves that much if you stay on the drug for the whole term.
Fees on top of the medication
Membership. None. The medication price is the whole monthly charge.
Consultation. No separate consultation fee is disclosed.
Billing, canceling and refunds
The card isn't charged if the provider doesn't approve treatment.
An order the doctor has approved but the pharmacy hasn't filled comes back as a refund minus a non-refundable $25 doctor consultation fee; once filled or shipped it stays, unless 10 days pass without it shipping.
Renewals stop only with a cancellation made through the patient portal at least 2 days ahead.
If an order hasn't shipped within 10 business days, the full amount comes back, the doctor fee included; lost packages are replaced, not refunded.
