$70$70

Two prices on its own pages

Nova prints two prices for oral semaglutide: $70 on the pricing page, the medication half of its “ALL-IN FROM $169/mo” and $25 in the oral semaglutide FAQ, for a 28-count of the 36 mcg strength. We rank it on $70 because that's the figure on the tile a new customer buys from, and the FAQ's $25 covers one strength the tile never mentions.

Compounded semaglutide triturates dissolved under the tongue once a day, not the Wegovy pill. The product tile says “Starting at $169/mo” including the $99 membership, which leaves the $70 the pricing page gives for medication. The FAQ's longer supplies of the 36 mcg strength run $35 for 60 days and $50 for 90 days. No price appears for the 145 mcg strength.

What does the $229/mo include? + Your **$99/mo Nova membership** covers provider consultations, 24/7 messaging, ongoing monitoring, and dose adjustments. $130$130

Two prices on its own pages

Nova prints two prices for compounded semaglutide: $130 in the product FAQ ($229 with the membership) and $111 implied by the weight-loss page's “As low as $210/mo” all-in, less the $99 membership (our subtraction; Nova never prints $111). We rank it on $130 because it's the only medication figure Nova actually prints for the starter dose.

Priced by dose, with only the starter price published. The FAQ gives $130 of medication for the starter dose ($229 with the membership). Higher doses cost more, and Nova prints no figure above the starter dose.

$180$180

Two prices on its own pages

Nova prints two prices for compounded tirzepatide: $180 in the product FAQ ($279 with the membership) and $126 implied by the weight-loss page's “As low as $225/mo” all-in, less the $99 membership (our subtraction; Nova never prints $126). We rank it on $180 because it's the only medication figure Nova actually prints for the starter dose.

Tirzepatide is also priced by dose. Nothing is published above the starter dose, so the cost of titrating up is unknown until a provider sets it.
