Every dose costs the same; the term is what moves the price. The $1,188 is Nu Image's own figure, printed under the word Total on the screen after you pick the plan. It never splits that into what leaves your card today and what comes later, and the next screen asks you to create an account. A twelve-month buyer knows the total but not the first charge.

The tirzepatide injection's advertised floor isn't on this ladder. Nu Image markets it at $269 a month, but the cheapest injection rung in the enrollment flow is $289 on three months, and a single month is $349. The tablet ladder goes the other way: its five-month rung, $296.65, undercuts the $314 the site advertises as its lowest.
