Consultation. The terms disclose a physician fee and its refund conditions, but do not give its amount. Obtain the medication, consultation, testing and shipping charges together.
Billing, canceling and refunds
The physician fee is refundable until the consultation begins. If the physician determines the patient is not a treatment candidate, the terms provide a full physician-fee refund.
For hormone treatment, the physician-fee refund window extends until blood work is completed; do not assume that separate rule applies to every weight-loss service.
Medication orders are final once placed and nonrefundable. Blood work is refundable before completion. Confirm these deadlines before authorizing the relevant service.
