Billing, canceling and refunds

A full refund goes to anyone declined before a prescription exists.
After approval and routing to the pharmacy, a shipment can't be refunded, and that covers the consultation and platform fees too.
Annual and semi-annual plans ship in three-month installments; cancel early and the months already used are recharged at the standard monthly price, with any balance refunded.
The terms of service describe a minimum three-month commitment and 15 days' notice to cancel, which the FAQ's cancel-anytime language doesn't mention.
