Fees on top of the medication
Membership. Required for brand semaglutide, oral semaglutide and brand tirzepatide: $149 a month. Brand-name plans only. The branded-medication page lists “Pause Rx's Membership Fee $149/mo”, and each brand consultation page says “*$149 for the provider consultation and follow ups only. Price of the medication(s) are charged upon consult approval. Your Medication will be shipped through NovoCare.” The compounded plans carry no fee beyond their monthly price.

Billing, canceling and refunds
Dispensed prescriptions can't come back; the sale locks once payment is taken and the parcel is with USPS, FedEx or UPS.
