Fees on top of the medication
Membership. Required: $19.99 a month ($0 the first month). PlushCare's weight-loss page prices both routes the same way: "Paying without insurance $19.99 First month free + $129", with "Visit price without insurance: Initial visits are $129." The membership carries "Same-day appointments 7 days a week · Unlimited messages with your Care Team · Exclusive discounts on lab tests · Free memberships for your family · Cancel anytime". It buys care, not medication.
Consultation. No separate consultation fee is disclosed.
Billing, canceling and refunds
The membership costs $19.99 a month after a free first month and can be canceled anytime.
Patients without insurance also pay $129 for the initial visit.
Medication is paid for separately at the pharmacy that fills the prescription.
