† The pricing card shows only per-month medication figures (“$85/month”, “$133/month”), and the membership agreement requires “A minimum membership term of three (3) months”; the FAQ says “medications are filled in 90-day supplies”. No page says whether a 90-day fill is charged at once, so the three-month upfront column (e.g. $255) is our multiplication.

Four dose tiers, medication only: $85 (0.25mg-0.75mg), $108 (1mg-1.25mg), $145 (1.5mg-2mg) and $183 (2.25mg-2.7mg) a month, all “Compounded 503A” and “Only available to active members”. The membership agreement sets a three-month minimum, and the FAQ says medications are filled in 90-day supplies.

Four tiers: $133 (1.25mg-2.5mg), $183 (4-5.5mg), $233 (6-7.5mg) and $258 (8mg-10mg) a month for the medication, sold at what Primary Clinic calls wholesale cost to active members only.

Fees on top of the medication

Membership. Required: $89 a month. The Direct Primary Care membership, $89 a month, is required for the GLP-1 prices (“These prices are available only to active Primary Clinic DPC members.”). It covers unlimited virtual visits, routine labs and many routine medications, carries a three-month minimum, then renews month to month with 30 days' notice to cancel. The parent site also advertises “First month free, then $89/month.”
Consultation. No separate consultation fee is disclosed.

Billing, canceling and refunds

Three months is the shortest membership; quit sooner and Primary Clinic bills the months still owed.
After three months it renews month to month, and either side can end it with 30 days' written notice.
Membership fees are charged automatically each month, with a 10-day grace period to fix a failed payment.
Drug charges sit apart from the $89 and cover 90-day fills.
