Fees on top of the medication

Billing, canceling and refunds

You pay at checkout, before the doctor's consultation.
Cancellation with a refund is possible only until the doctor finalizes the prescription and the pharmacy starts processing.
Orders are otherwise non-refundable, apart from verified shipping damage or a dispensing error reported within 48 hours of delivery.
A patient found ineligible at the first visit gets a full refund, processed within 10 business days.
