Weekly compounded semaglutide shot; dose never changes the bill: “Same price at every dose. Your monthly price does not go up when your provider raises your dose.” The three-month card prints $167 a month beside $500 billed, so its per-month figure is rounded by Raeliva itself. A separate microdose semaglutide injection is $149 a month on a monthly plan only, sold as a longevity protocol for metabolic support; Raeliva says it makes no weight-loss claim for it, so it isn't priced as a rung here.

Compounded semaglutide oral dissolving tablets, taken daily under the tongue; this is not the brand Wegovy pill. Dose doesn't move this one either. Raeliva's product page explains the gap with the injection: “The tablet formulation costs more to compound and dispense than the injection does, and that difference is reflected in the price.”

Weekly compounded tirzepatide shot at a fixed price whatever the dose. Raeliva also sells tirzepatide as an under-the-tongue tablet, which gets no block here: “Monthly plan $359/month the same every month”, “3-month plan $283/month $850 billed every 3 months” and “6-month plan $267/month $1,600 billed every 6 months”. A microdose tirzepatide injection is $149 monthly under the same longevity framing as the semaglutide microdose.
