Fees on top of the medication

• Membership. None. The medication price is the whole monthly charge.
• Consultation. $55. From the programs FAQ: if you don't start a program, “the initial consultation with a licensed medical provider costs $55”. A separate $99 weight-loss consultation fee is waived for the first month of any premium program (“$99 value”), and lab fees are extra.

Billing, canceling and refunds

• The Red Club membership costs $399 a year, is due at enrollment and renews automatically unless canceled.
• Club fees are non-refundable, and the refund policy declares “ALL SALES ARE FINAL” because returned prescriptions can't be restocked.
• The card on file is charged for services and medication at the end of the video appointment, and a written prescription still carries the full program fee.
