Fees on top of the medication
Membership. Required: $79 a month ($39 the first month). “All treatments require an active membership.” Dues run $79 monthly once the $39 introductory month ends; they renew automatically and aren't refundable. Medication is billed separately. Prepaid 3-, 6- and 12-month membership terms are sold at lower monthly rates.
Consultation. No separate consultation fee is disclosed.
Billing, canceling and refunds
Membership renews monthly at $79 (after a $39 first month) or at the close of a prepaid 3-, 6- or 12-month term until you cancel.
The next charge is avoided only by canceling a day before the renewal date, and dropping the membership drops any medication subscription with it.
Membership dues aren't refunded, and shipped prescriptions are final unless Regenics filled them wrong.
A patient the provider won't treat pays nothing for medication, though the membership stays paid.
Damage photos must reach Regenics within 24 hours of delivery, and lost packages are left to a claim with the carrier.
