• Membership. Required: $99 a month. Medication is prescribed inside Reset's program, which is billed separately: “Our program is $99 per month and includes all medical visits, check ins, coaching, advanced 3D body composition testing, metabolic (RMR) testing, program content, and our progress tracking app.” and “Medication is priced separately, so you only pay for the treatment that is right for you.” A lower-cost maintenance plan is described but not priced.
• Consultation. No separate consultation fee is disclosed.

Billing, canceling and refunds

• A patient who isn't a medical candidate after the telehealth consultation is refunded in full.
• The site says there's no long-term contract and you can cancel anytime.
