† The $149 and $199 figures are per-month rates “with an annual plan”. No page says how an annual plan is billed, and the Terms of Service link in the footer fails to load. The upfront figures here are the per-month rate times twelve.

The plan card offers injection or oral under the same “Starting at $149 /mo” figure, with $279 a month struck through. No dose table exists, and the FAQ ties the final figure to treatment, plan, medication and provider review.

Tirzepatide's card reads “Starting at $199 /mo” beside a struck-through $389, again “with an annual plan,” for injection or oral alike. No per-dose price appears on any page.

Fees on top of the medication

Membership. None. The medication price is the whole monthly charge.
Consultation. No separate consultation fee is disclosed.

Billing, canceling and refunds

No refund, renewal or cancellation policy is readable on the public site, because the Terms of Service link returns a connection error.
The FAQ says prescriptions aren't guaranteed and a clinician decides after checkout whether you qualify.
The advertised rates require an annual plan, and no page says whether the year is charged at once.
