Fees on top of the medication

• Membership. None. The medication price is the whole monthly charge.
• Consultation. $45. Each product card: “Plus you can book your appointment for just $45. (For the Doctor’s prescription – one time)”. The FAQ: “Our Initial Consultation is a one-time fee of $45.”

Billing, canceling and refunds

• The terms say no refunds are offered for services bought on the site.
• Renewal is automatic. Under the terms you're held for three months at minimum and need to give 14 days' notice before the next charge; the FAQ says two months, and the product cards say there's no contract.
• Services are paid in full at purchase; credit cards, HSA and FSA are accepted.
