Paying up front

The last two columns are our arithmetic, not Somira Health's: the plan's charge against the same number of months bought one at a time at Somira Health's month-to-month price. A prepay only saves that much if you stay on the drug for the whole term.

Fees on top of the medication

• Membership. None. The medication price is the whole monthly charge.
• Consultation. No separate consultation fee is disclosed.

Billing, canceling and refunds

• Checkout places an authorization hold that becomes a charge only if a prescription is issued; a patient found ineligible before any prescription gets a full refund.
• Plans renew monthly or every three months; stopping them takes both pausing treatment and turning off Auto-Renew in the portal.
• Once a prescription is sent to the pharmacy, all charges are final, including medication, shipping, platform access and consultation fees.
• There may be a short window to cancel before transmission, and the policy recommends portal messaging over email for that.

• Is Somira Health cheaper if I pay up front?The 3-month plan, billed every 3 months works out to $100 a month for compounded semaglutide, charged $299.99 at once. Bought month by month, the same 3 months would be $419.97: a difference of $119.98 by our math, if you stay the whole term.
• Does the Somira Health price go up with the dose?No. Compounded semaglutide stays at $139.99 a month whatever the dose, by Somira Health's own account.
