Billing, canceling and refunds

Nothing is charged at intake; the first charge runs roughly a day after clinician approval, and anyone not prescribed owes nothing.
Monthly plans renew on the anniversary of the first charge and can be canceled anytime before the next billing date, in the portal or by email.
A full refund of the first month is available within seven days of the first charge if the pharmacy hasn't yet prepared or shipped the medication.
Delivered medication isn't refundable; prepay plans refund unshipped months pro rata, less a $25 administrative fee, if canceled before the next fill.
