Paying up front

The last two columns are our arithmetic, not Telezen MD's: the plan's charge against the same number of months bought one at a time at Telezen MD's month-to-month price. A prepay only saves that much if you stay on the drug for the whole term.

Fees on top of the medication

• Membership. None. The medication price is the whole monthly charge.
• Consultation. $35. The refund policy, and only the refund policy, discloses a “$35 doctor visit fee”: it's deducted from any eligible refund once a provider has reviewed the case, including for a patient who isn't approved, and the 180-Day guarantee never refunds it. The plan prices don't show it as a separate line.

Billing, canceling and refunds

• Cancellation must be requested within 12 hours of ordering, by emailing Telezen MD's support email.
• Once provider review, prescription, compounding or shipment starts, no refund is available.
• Refunds before compounding, and refunds to patients who aren't approved, lose the $35 doctor visit fee if the consult took place, and the 4% processing fee is never refunded.
• The 180-Day Weight Loss Guarantee refunds medication fees only when no measurable weight is lost after 180 consecutive days.

Telezen MD cost questions

• What does the first month at Telezen MD cost?$168 for compounded semaglutide, the same as every month after it. Add the $35 consultation fee in month one.
• Is Telezen MD cheaper if I pay up front?The annual plan works out to $99 a month for compounded semaglutide, charged $1,188 at once. Bought month by month, the same 12 months would be $2,016: a difference of $828 by our math, if you stay the whole term.
• Does the Telezen MD price go up with the dose?No. Compounded semaglutide stays at $168 a month whatever the dose, by Telezen MD's own account.
