Three of the four disagree with the page above, and the app is cheaper at one and three months and dearer at six. Every dose costs the same either way; the term is what moves the price.

Tirzepatide is the one product whose two surfaces agree: the app's plan screen shows the same $297, $267, $217 and $167 the product page does. Its charged-today totals were not carried to a checkout, so the figures here are the product page's own.
$249 for one month of compounded semaglutide, $297 for tirzepatide. Buying longer drops both: semaglutide is $650 for three months, $1,050 for six, $1,900 for twelve.
⛔ Then the app quotes something else. TMates' own plan screen at app.tmates.com prices the same semaglutide at $199 a month, and its checkout prints the totals under the word TOTAL: $199 monthly, $500 for three months, $1,149 for six, $1,899 for twelve. Against the product page's $249, $650, $1,050 and $1,900, three of the four disagree — and the app is $50 cheaper on a single month while being $99 dearer on six.
Tirzepatide is quoted identically on both surfaces, which is what makes the semaglutide gap hard to read as a rounding difference.
A third monthly figure exists and appears only at the checkout, in the line describing the plan you just chose: “12 months upfront after $197/monthly”. Not $249, not $199.
The ladder does not fall as the term rises. On the app screen three months is $167 a month and six months is $192 — the longer plan costs more per month than the shorter one.
⛔ Read the subscription agreement on the checkout screen before signing it. On the twelve-month plan it says: “I will be charged $1899 for my first 30 day supply and $1899 every 30 days thereafter until I cancel.” Three lines above, the same screen calls that plan “12 months upfront”. The three- and six-month agreements are worded the same way, each naming its own full total as a recurring 30-day charge.
The refund policy leaves no room afterwards: refunds are refused once the medical team has reviewed, the patient qualifies and a prescription has gone to a pharmacy. That applies to the $1,899.
And the brand line is not what a listing page makes it look like. Zepbound and Wegovy appear at “$99 /month” on the shop and weight-loss category pages. The product page adds what that buys: “Includes clinical evaluation & prescription management”, “Clinical Service Only”, and a prescription “delivered directly to your pharmacy”. The $99 is the service. The drug is a separate bill from whoever fills it.
