Tonik prints a single figure per plan and no dose table. The Monthly card says “Month-to-month access”, but the Returns & Refunds Policy holds every subscription medication to three months, so that rung is labeled by what it commits you to: $225 is charged today, and $675 is the least you'd owe.

The tirzepatide cards carry a caveat: “This plan covers standard dose escalation. Higher-dose protocols may require an upgraded plan based on provider recommendation.” No price for an upgraded plan is printed. The same three-month minimum applies, so the Monthly card commits you to $1,047.

Fees on top of the medication

Membership. None. The medication price is the whole monthly charge.
Consultation. No separate consultation fee is disclosed.

Billing, canceling and refunds

Medication subscriptions run three months at minimum, and no cancellation counts before that.
Written notice by email or portal chat must come before the next billing date, and service runs to the period's close.
Charges aren't refunded once a billing cycle processes, and prescription orders aren't refunded once placed with the pharmacy.
Consultation fees and provider evaluations are final once review of the intake begins.
