Billing, canceling and refunds

Billing is monthly with no commitment, or prepaid every 3, 6 or 12 months.
Canceling before a clinician writes the prescription brings a full refund with no fees, and a patient the clinician turns down gets everything back, consultation fee included.
After the prescription is signed, the order is final and non-refundable, whether it is being compounded, is finished or has shipped.
A separate promise refunds six months of plan fees to a patient who completes the full continuous course, logs weight in the portal and loses none.
