Billing, canceling and refunds
The shipping policy does not permit cancellation or refund once the prescription is approved and medication has been processed or shipped. Ask for the precise processing cutoff before paying.
If an order has not shipped within 14 days of ordering, the shipping policy permits a refund request regardless of medical-review status; support reviews the request.
The published estimate is 4–7 business days from approval to delivery, including preparation. Lost or damaged shipments are investigated and may be replaced when appropriate.
