The price rises with the dose, and everyone starts at the bottom: “THIS PRODUCT FOLLOWS A TITRATION SCHEDULE. ALL PATIENTS MUST START WITH ‘MONTH 1’ DOSE.” Each kit is four weekly injections of semaglutide combined with B12. So $125 buys the first month only; month two is $245, month three $295, month four $345, and the maintenance dose is $395 a month, which the page says “CAN BE ONGOING FOR UP TO 8 MONTHS DEPENDING ON YOUR GOALS”. A second listing, the “Semaglutide Homekit SDV”, prints the same ladder with a different first month (“Month 1 Semaglutide Homekit 0.25mg X 4 Injections – $185” in its price list and “– $135” in its description tab) and sells a single 0.25 mg injection at “$99.00” as its headline price.

A dose ladder again, starting at 2.5 mg for everyone: “ALL PATIENTS MUST START WITH 2.5MG DOSE.” The page calls 7.5 mg “THE RECOMMENDED MAINTENAINCE DOSE”, which is $399 a month. The tirzepatide is compounded with glycine and B12. The “Tirzepatide Homekit SDV” listing prints the same ladder with a different first month (“MONTH 1 – Tirzepatide 2.5mg x 4 weeks – $225” in the price list, “$189” in the description tab) and headlines a single 2.5 mg injection at “$99.00”.
