The “Starting at $199/month” on the Wegovy page is Novo Nordisk's offer for a new patient's first two fills at the two lowest strengths, and it ends December 31, 2026. From the third fill the pen is $349 a month at every dose up to 2.4 mg, and $399 for the 7.2 mg dose. The longer plans are paid up front as one medication commitment; WeightWatchers prints the 12-month total ($2,988) but not the 3- or 6-month ones. Ozempic's injectable pen carries the same $199 opening price and no separately printed standard one.

The last two columns are our arithmetic, not WeightWatchers': the plan's charge against the same number of months bought one at a time at WeightWatchers' month-to-month price. Fees on top of the medication

Membership. Required: $84 a month ($25 the first month). Med+ is mandatory and WeightWatchers says so on every card: “WW Med+ membership required. Membership and meds billed separately.” It's carried at $84 because that's the rate on the shorter of the two published terms, and no month-to-month Med+ rate appears on the medication page or the plans page.
Consultation. The WW Clinic membership agreement charges one and never prices it: “For Healthcare Services that require an initial consultation with a Provider, once you have signed up for a subscription through the Services, the initial consultation fee is not refundable.” No figure for it appears on the medication page, the plans page or the agreement itself.

Billing, canceling and refunds

The Med+ membership comes only on a 6-month or 12-month plan and renews automatically for the same term at the same monthly rate.
Once a billing or commitment period starts, the subscription fee cannot be refunded or canceled, and a member who quits still owes it through the end of that period.
The initial consultation fee is non-refundable once the subscription begins.
Cancellation requests are processed within 72 hours of receipt.
