The $151 you see advertised is the medication only, 3-month supply, billing $453 today. With no commitment it is $297 a month.
| Plan | Per month | Charged today |
|---|---|---|
| Doctor + GLP-1 bundle | $297 | $297 |
| Medication only, 3-month supply · advertised | $151 | $453 |
The bundle is $217 for the first month and $297 after that, and it includes the medication, the provider review and the prescription. The $151 rung is medication alone and requires a 3-month supply; Zealthy publishes it as a per-month figure and never publishes the three-month total, so the $453 above is $151 multiplied by three and not a number Zealthy states. A separate membership is required on that path and its ongoing rate is not published.

| Doctor + GLP-1 bundle | $449 | $449 |
| Medication only, 3-month supply | $216 | $648 |
The tirzepatide bundle is $349 for the first month and $449 after that. As with semaglutide, the $216 is a medication-only rate tied to a 3-month supply and the $648 is that figure multiplied by three rather than a total Zealthy publishes.
Start with the banner, because it is the first thing on the site: "Limited Time: $96 off Zealthy Weight Loss Program". Ninety-six dollars off is a discount, not a price, and Zealthy's own menu describes it as "$96 off your first month". Nothing on the pages we read says what it is $96 off of.
The number Zealthy leads with on the weight-loss page is "Semaglutide as low as $151/month", and the same card finishes the sentence: "when purchased quarterly". The FAQ says it again — "starting as low as $151 per month when purchasing a 3-month supply" — and adds that medications are not included in the membership fee. So $151 is medication, bought three months at a time, on top of a membership. Zealthy publishes a discounted $39 for the first month of that membership and no figure for what it costs afterwards.
The clean number is the other path. Zealthy's bundled plan puts the care and the medication in one monthly charge: "Semaglutide Bundle: $217 for your first month, then $297 per month" and "Tirzepatide Bundle: $349 for your first month, then $449 per month". The bundle landing page says the same thing three ways, including "Only $297/month - No hidden fees", and there is a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on it. That $297 is what we quote, because it is the only figure Zealthy publishes that covers a whole month of treatment with nothing else owed.
One number you'll see and should discount: the "$25/month" beside Ozempic, Wegovy, Zepbound and Mounjaro is an insurance copay for members whose plans approve coverage, not a price Zealthy charges. The same page describes it as "reducing the price of semaglutide from $1,349 to roughly $25 /month", which is a description of what insurance does, not of what the company sells.
The rest of the review — what the service is like and who should skip it — is on the Zealthy review. Prices move; this page was read August 2026, and the company's own site is the current source.
To see every plan above priced out line by line — the rate, any required membership, any published consultation fee, and what a prepay term charges today — use the real cost calculator. It reads the same ladder this page does, so the two cannot disagree.
