Our verdict

No price for TeleHealth Med's GLP-1 subscription appears before enrollment, and month one is billed the moment the intake is done. The product is sold as “TeleHealth Med GLP-1”, a compounded injection whose molecule the site never names.

The short version

In its favor

  • Clean FDA warning-letter record

Against it

  • No price before the intake
  • No pharmacy named
  • No support hours published

What it is

TeleHealth Med is run by Telehealth Med, Inc., a Delaware corporation whose arbitration address is an office suite in Evans, Georgia. It sells one thing: a monthly weight-loss subscription built around a compounded GLP-1 it brands as “TeleHealth Med GLP-1”. Third-party clinicians review an online intake, sometimes with a video visit, and outside 503A pharmacies ship the medication.

The site never says which molecule the injection contains, and its pages don't list the states it serves; the terms say to ask customer service. Its footer oddly lists four state license-lookup links (Vermont, California, Rhode Island, Massachusetts) and never explains them. It takes HSA and FSA cards.

What it actually costs

Unspecified GLP-1Not pricedNone listed

There's no price on the site. The contact page invites you to ask for “the latest information on pricing”, and the menu's “Weight Loss” link goes straight into the enrollment flow, so the cost appears only after the intake.

Under the refund policy, your card is billed for month one once the intake form is submitted, and the single subscription price may cover consultations, the medication, labs and support. What exactly is included “may vary”. Shipping is described as complimentary and expedited.

If a clinician finds you ineligible, you get everything back within 24 to 48 hours. Medication ordered for a cycle makes that cycle nonrefundable. To quit, warn them three days ahead of billing; miss that and another month is charged.

Who it's wrong for

Hoping to see a number before sharing your medical history? TeleHealth Med bills month one at the end of the intake and prints no price before it.

Prefer to know if you're getting semaglutide or tirzepatide? The site sells a house-branded GLP-1 and doesn't say.

Cancel late and you'll pay again: the policy wants 72 hours' notice ahead of the billing date.

Weighing the patient stories? The home page itself says the testimonials are compensated.
