Alternatives · same drug, cheaper
7 of the companies we have priced first-hand sell oral semaglutide for less than Henry Meds does, and the cheapest of them is $40 a month below it. Everything below is the same kind of pill, all in, with nothing prepaid. Henry Meds' cheapest plan is compounded liraglutide at $179, and too few companies sell that for less to make a list, so the comparison here is on oral semaglutide.

110 companies here are cheaper than Henry Meds' $179/mo and do not price oral semaglutide at all. None of them is a swap: a cheaper price for a different drug is a different product, not a discount.
102 more are on the cheapest board, which lists every molecule beside every price.
Compounded semaglutide taken under the tongue, as drops or mint dissolving tablets, not an FDA-approved pill. Henry sells two monthly sizes: $179 for up to 60 mg every 60 days, and $249 for tablets up to 180 mg every 60 days. The six- and twelve-month plans (up to 360 mg in either case) are printed identically under both sizes. The three-month line is headed “Semaglutide Oral (3-Month Supply)”, but the text beneath it reads “Up to 6 mg compounded orally dissolving tirzepatide tablets, taken daily and delivered every 60 days for 6 months”, the wrong drug and the wrong length. $169, $179 and $149 a month are our division of the paid-in-full totals. The whole ladder is on the Henry Meds cost page.
Reading $179 as the price of semaglutide shots? It isn't. $179 is daily liraglutide or the smallest sublingual plan; weekly semaglutide injections are $297 a month.
